Products have a structural guarantee by product range (see below) and a 1 year guarantee on cushions and textiles, furniture covers and parasols/pergolas.

Extreme weather conditions such as fire, flood and extreme winds
Fair wear and tear including scratches, pitting, scuffs, watermarks and rusting of steel components
Cracks and splits in wood due to dry weather conditions
Abuse accidental or intentional including improper maintenance and assembly
Discolouration or fading due to prolonged periods of UV
