All Hartman products are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship.

have a structural guarantee by product range (see below) and a 1 year guarantee

cushions and textiles, furniture covers and parasols/pergolas.

Exclusions of Cover
Extreme weather conditions such as fire, flood and extreme winds
Fair wear and tear including scratches, pitting, scuffs, watermarks and
rusting of
steel components
Cracks and splits in wood due to dry weather conditions
Abuse accidental or intentional including improper maintenance and assembly
Discolouration or fading due to prolonged periods of UV

Delivery is always FREE - We will make delivery within 5 - 10 working days at no
